Based on the television program “Dream
Paths“, we have received many requests asking where the race can be best
followed as a spectator. Here some the details:
Lü:
The mushers start at the outskirts of Lü and disappear relatively quickly
into the stunningly beautiful mountain world of Val Müstair, and then they
will be coming back in about 2 hours from the restart from S-Charl. It is
possible to wander along the trail. The trail can be walked up to the Alm
pasture where you can stop in for some refreshments or you can walk up
higher depending on your physical condition and the weather. A wonderful
Swiss mountain world is guaranteed. But also at the stake-out in Lü there is
plenty to see. Spectators are offered a rich program. To see click on the

Prags:
The start is in Schmieden, then it goes up to Plätzwiese. In nice weather
you have a wonderful view from up there. The Plätzwiese can be reached by
car on a narrow winding road (snow chains are
mandatory). The mushers continue to Schluderbach and cross
the road from Toblach to Cortina (approx. at 10:45 a.m.) and then they make
a round and come back the same way after Schmieden.
